Marvel Announces ‘Phase 2’ 13 Disc Set!
What could Marvel do that would make just about every fan of their movies happy? Why release a box set with all of the ‘Phase 2‘ movies in it of course. After Ant-Man, there may not be another Marvel movie to look forward to until next year’s Captain America: Civil War, but Marvel has released a little something to hold fans over in the meantime. On track to arrive this holiday season, Walt Disney Home Entertainment will debut the Marvel Cinematic Universe: Phase Two Collection, similar to the Phase One collection that was revealed a few years ago.
The limited edition 13-disc set, which will arrive in an Infinity Gem container, will feature “collectible, specially designed disc holders and exclusive Marvel memorabilia,” according to a press release and Marvel.com. It will include top secret bonus discs, as well as the following set of films from Marvel’s Phase Two:
Iron Man 3 (Blu-ray 3D + Blu-ray + Digital Copy)
Thor: The Dark World (Blu-ray 3D + Blu-ray + Digital Copy)
Captain America: The Winter Soldier (Blu-ray 3D + Blu-ray + Digital Copy)
Guardians of the Galaxy (Blu-ray 3D + Blu-ray + Digital Copy)
Avengers: Age of Ultron (Blu-ray 3D + Blu-ray + Digital Copy)
Ant-Man (Blu-ray 3D + Blu-ray + Digital Copy)
Whether or not you’ve got Tony Stark’s bank account, you can pre-order the collection on Amazon … or at the very least, start begging your friends and family for a super awesome holiday/birthday gift.
